WebStoreSEO reserves the right to decline, postpone, or modify any project at its discretion, including cases where a conflict of interest exists with an active client or within the same local market area.

Submitting an order or payment does not constitute a guarantee of service delivery or immediate project initiation. All requests are reviewed upon receipt to confirm there are no existing client conflicts and that the project aligns with our scope of services. If a conflict or capacity limitation is identified, any payment received will be refunded in full within a reasonable timeframe.

Rankings, visibility, and traffic improvements depend on factors beyond our control, including algorithm updates, market competition, website structure, hosting environment, and client participation.



The client acknowledges that SEO is an ongoing and adaptive process, and that no individual project, hourly block, or campaign ensures specific measurable results within a fixed period.
